About the role:
Working closely with our Marketing, Ecommerce, Social, CRM, and Creative teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-performing campaigns that blend brand storytelling with strong commercial performance. You’ll bring a sharp focus on acquisition and traffic generation while ensuring we stay true to our tone of voice and values at every touchpoint.

You will be responsible for:
Working with the Marketing Manager, plan, develop and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and customer acquisition across paid search, social, display, affiliates and OOH.
Deliver campaigns and always-on paid activity on time, within budget, and in line with brand and trading objectives, ensuring spend is optimised for ROAS, CPA & CAC.
Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce team to ensure all campaigns effectively support product, category and collection priorities.
Work hand-in-hand with CRM and creative teams to ensure messaging and targeting is consistent across the journey (from first click to loyal customer).
Own and manage the paid ads creation process, from creative strategy, briefing, uploading and reporting - aligning activity with wider marketing, trade and product priorities.
Responsible for the day-to-day optimisation of digital marketing activity across paid channels, including budget pacing and reallocation, creative performance reviews, pausing underperforming assets, keyword optimisation and ongoing campaign refinements to improve efficiency and growth.
Analyse performance across key KPIs, including traffic, CTR, CPA, ROAS — and deliver actionable insights to the team.
Ensure all paid media campaigns reflect Lucy & Yak’s tone of voice, community-first values and visual identity.
Stay on top of digital trends, tools and algorithm updates, bringing fresh ideas and new energy to our digital strategy.
KPIs will include Traffic, CAC, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition & Return on Ad Spend.
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition and performance within a DTC or e-commerce brand.
Deep understanding of key digital channels, from paid social and search to SEO and affiliate.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working to performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR etc).
Experience managing a digital marketing budget and reporting on results.
A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
