CRM Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on CRM Executive to support the delivery of our retention and lifecycle marketing activity.
Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our day-to-day CRM running smoothly. You will own BAU campaign execution across email and push, while supporting wider retention initiatives and lifecycle projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Own the build, scheduling and QA of BAU CRM campaigns across email and push notifications
· Support the CRM Manager in executing lifecycle marketing activity, including flows, campaigns and testing
· Work closely with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to ensure CRM aligns with product launches, promotions and key trading moments
· Assist with segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are relevant and personalised
· Support the optimisation of CRM performance through A/B testing and continuous improvements
· Help maintain CRM calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
· Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue), highlighting key insights and opportunities
· Ensure all CRM activity is aligned with brand tone of voice and creative direction
· Support with data hygiene, list management and platform upkeep
You'll bring:
· Experience in a CRM, email marketing or digital marketing role, ideally in ecommerce or DTC
· Hands-on experience with an ESP
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
· A detail-oriented mindset, confident with QA and campaign builds
· An interest in customer behaviour, segmentation and retention strategies
· A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
· Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
