We are currently looking for an 8 hour temporary Sales Assistant to join our awesome retail team here in Cardiff. We are opening more stores across the UK this year so it’s an incredibly exciting time to join our growing retail team! // Rydyn ni ar hyn o bryd yn chwilio am Gynorthwyydd Gwerthu i gymryd yr awenau ac arwain ein tîm gwerthiant hyfryd yma yng Nghaerdydd. What you’ll be doing
* You will need to become an expert on all things Lucy & Yak - from products and sizing, to sustainability and ethics. // Bydd angen i chi ddod yn arbenigwr ar bopeth Lucy & Yak – gan gynnwys nwyddau, meintiau, cynaliadwyedd a moeseg.
* Serving, welcoming customers in the store and delivering amazing experiences // Gwasanaethu a chroesawu cwsmeriaid i’r siop a darparu profiadau bythgofiadwy
* General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking & keeping the shop clean tidy and inviting // Cyfrifoldebau cyffredinol ar lawr y siop fel ailstocio a chadw’r siop yn lân, yn daclus a chroesawgar i gwsmeriaid
* Support in creating fun and engaging content as a team for the Lucy & Yak Cardiff Instagram // Cefnogi’r tîm mewn creu cynnwys hwyliog ac apelgar fel tîm ar gyfer Instagram Lucy & Yak Caerdydd
* Ensuring customer experience & satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do // Sicrhau bod profiad y cwsmer yn ganolog i bopeth rydych chi’n ei wneud
* Support with working events - this may include the occasional evening // Cefnogi digwyddiadau gwaith - bydd hyn yn cynnwys gweithio gyda’r nos yn achlysurol
We are looking for…
