Brand & Social Media Manager (FTC)
We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract beginning September 2025.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for implementing the organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across (but not limited to) Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Manage the social media calendar, updating and scheduling content in
collaboration with the wider Brand, Digital and Creative teams. - Contributing to the overarching cross department calendar with social plans or
campaigns for awareness across teams. - Manage the output of Social Media Assistant and Social Media Exec. ensuring they
are delivering content for the social calendar on time. - Support in the production of ‘always on’ content to be used across paid and
organic social channels. - Support the Head of Brand with analysing and reporting on all social data and
statistics, adjusting our strategy as needed. - Help to create game-changing, innovative and exciting ideas to take the brand
forwards on social media and beyond. - Continually enhance, engage and grow our community online, both retaining
customers and attracting new ones. - Assist the Head of Brand with campaigns and partnerships.
- Stay up to date with platform developments or new platforms in the pipeline to
to test. - Manage the ‘Indie Biz’ programme with weekly gifting and community
management. Working with the wider team to push the scheme forwards as it
continues to grow. - Working with the PR Manager to bring new talent/influencers to our influencer
strategy based on brand vision and engagement from our community.

- Salary based on experience
- 30 hour/4 day working week
- Based in our Brighton office
