We have an exciting opportunity for a Visual Merchandiser to join the Lucy & Yak Retail Team!

As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll bring the Lucy & Yak brand to life across our stores. You'll take ownership of how our spaces look and feel, creating inspiring displays that drive sales, tell our brand story, celebrate our community, and make every visit to our stores an inspiring experience.

You'll work closely with the Head of Retail, as well as our Product and Creative teams to make sure every store reflects who we are.

What you'll be doing...

• Create, implement and maintain Retail Visual Merchandising guidelines for all Lucy & Yak stores.
• Work with the Retail teams to train, guide and support Visual Merchandising execution.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met and displays are fresh, relevant and on brand
  
• Plan and style windows, shop floors, and mannequins to enhance the visual appeal and presentation of retail spaces.
  
• Ensure clothing displays align with brand guidelines, product launches and seasonal themes.
  
• Use sales and product performance data to inform and adjust visual layouts and priorities
  
• Support new store openings, refits, and events with strong visual set ups.
  
• Create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience focused on clothing for the community.
  
• Work closely with Product and Retail teams to plan in store product launches, events and campaigns effectively.
  
• Help develop in store Point-of-Sale ideas and work closely with the Creative team to deliver them.
  

What you need...

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a visual merchandising role in fashion retail, ideally working across multiple stores.
• Proven experience in creating and rolling out clear, inspiring Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• A creative eye for design, layout, and storytelling through displays.
• A strong sense of style that feels authentic, inclusive, and brand-relevant.
• Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
• A real passion for sustainability, individuality, creativity, and community.
• A desire to work in a fast paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment

The details

• Salary £35 -£45k per annum, based on experience
• Hybrid/Remote role with frequent travel to our Retail Stores
• Permanent full-time role
• 4 day/30 hour week with full time salary
